Many employees have only a vague sense of what their talents are, if they know them at all. Their performance improves when they can actually name their talents and start intentionally using them. Here's how managers can help them do just that.
People strong in the Intellection theme are characterized by their intellectual activity. They are introspective and appreciate intellectual discussions.
It's difficult to create meaningful partnerships until we get past the superficial and begin to relate as unique individuals. It can take time to establish the level of understanding necessary for collaboration -- if it happens at all. Here are some strategies for using the language of strengths to move from relationships to partnerships.
