How do neutral responses affect the Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment?

The purpose of the Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment is to help you begin to discover your most dominant talents by identifying the areas, or “themes,” in which they lie. It does so by presenting you with a situation in which you are forced to select between two choices that are different, but not necessarily opposite.
