I recently started a career in sales, and have been doing very well so far. However, I am worried that two of my Signature Themes -- Empathy and Connectedness -- aren't good

Not necessarily. We did find that many salespeople possess both Competition and Achiever in their Signature Themes, but this does not mean that all salespeople have these Signature Themes in common. In fact, the only thing all great salespeople have in common is that their clients come to trust them enough to buy from them.
