Using the language of strengths can move relationships to partnerships

It's difficult to create meaningful partnerships until we get past the superficial and begin to relate as unique individuals. It can take time to establish the level of understanding necessary for collaboration -- if it happens at all. Here are some strategies for using the language of strengths to move from relationships to partnerships.
Steve Crabtree has developed and produced publications for The Gallup Organization since joining the company in 1993. He contributed to writing Building Engaged Schools, Gallup's book on education reform. Crabtree currently leads the production of published material for the Gallup World Poll, a groundbreaking worldwide survey launched in 2006. He is also a contributing writer to the Gallup Management Journal.
