The current sluggish economy probably won't improve any time soon, so many companies' only sure growth strategy may be to take business away from their competitors. But in this kind of environment, what companies will win? Will it be the largest competitors, or the ones with the highest level of customer satisfaction? Or is there some other measure to take into account?
