One of the reasons for the stress is normally, we attach emotions to the outcomes or vice-a-versa.

If we can disengage our emotions from the outcomes of our various activities ,the stress levels can get reduced. In most of the cases ,it is possible by acknowledging the fact that outcomes or end results are not only dependent on the activities/actions we take.

The observations related to the group dynamics between Asians and European Americans are very relevant and valid . I think someone could carry out a reserach proejct based on these observations ie related to group behaviour amongst different races and communities .Overall very interesting interview and very insightful ...
