Would these findings too be applicable for court systems who obviously are dealing with similar "people problems?" I am a second doctoral student, currently working toward my dissertation; my research topic is: Evaluating Succession Planning and its Impact on Court Employee Performance. It just seems to me that court align with Federal Agencies with respect to succession. Please validate my position. I would appreciate a response; that would faciltate my framework. Thank you. robinske@dcsc.gov 202.879-0486.
