by Marcus Buckingham

Marcus Buckingham, former Global Practice Leader with Gallup, is coauthor of Gallup's best-selling management books First, Break All the Rules (Simon and Schuster, 1999) and Now, Discover Your Strengths (Free Press, 2001).
