Physician Leadership Academy

At the Gallup Physician Leadership Academy, physician leaders -- or those who aspire to be leaders -- learn to enhance their interpersonal effectiveness, management competencies, and strategic decision-making skills.

Participants will learn about the demands of physician leadership and explore how these concepts shape an effective leadership strategy. They also gain a greater understanding of how these demands apply to themselves, their talents, and their leadership style.
