Dear Mr. Editor,

This is certainly very good way to put across. I feel this economic downturn has actually made employers much organized in context of designing the requirement for any process or made specific in terms of what will be our returns before hiring. Also, I would like to add if the training & development team to focus more on making the KRAs of individual very clear. This would certainly make the employers task oriented and the employees to judge on their performance. Coz its been various employers to issue payslip by just merely saying tht "THE NON PERFORMERS NEED TO BE REMOVED".

Hope I make sense and thanks for the sharing this.

Regds,
Nirav.
