Thank you for a very enlightening presentation. Wow! Does that approach warm my heart. Investing in education developing a superior technological base, companies that care about the customer as much as the stockholder, the world seems ready for these ideas to take effect. Then there's the incentive, its good business people buy the idea that more people should be work to their potential, as a matter of fact they pay a premium for it. I realizing I'm just summarizing, but I am so impressed. My expectaion was that Mexico was going to educate its people in order to spawn swashbuckling competition with an economic darwinism quitely going on in the back ground. Then of course export the technology to make Mexico rich based on one or two winner, stockholders would love it. Then of course some middle level manager, with a windowed office, overlooking an army of worker bees, would panic seeing that his departments productivity was down and start behaving erratically trying to save his bonus. There would be no consideration of the fundamental, just concern about quarterly figures. Bingo, you have a company that will not last as long as the warranty on your Subaro. What a refreshing twist and of course we are already seeing it operating on these principles. I sincerely hope that it flourishes as it should because it makes good sense. It is simply good buisness.
