It matters a lot to employees if their opinions count. That's because people work much harder at something that is at least partly their own idea, according to the authors of 12: The Elements of Great Managing.
James K. Harter, Ph.D., is Chief Scientist Workplace Management and Well-Being for Gallup. He is coauthor of the New York Times bestseller 12: The Elements of Great Managing (Gallup Press, December 2006).
Rodd Wagner is a Principal for Gallup. He is coauthor of the New York Times bestseller 12: The Elements of Great Managing (Gallup Press, December 2006). Wagner's latest book, Power of 2, is scheduled for publication in November 2009.

The new format of your Web pages does not lend itself to printing, even in the "Print" mode. The text will not fit on the page.

Ms. Jensen: Thank you for reporting the problem. I will ask our technical team to look into this.

The printing problem still has not been corrected.

I love these articles however I am disapointed that I can't print them. Help!

Chris Meeks, Designer, GMJ Posted On 11/14/2007 2:13:53 PM

The printing issue is currently being worked on, until a resolution is fixed, you can always choose "Shrink to Fit" from the print dialogue box and all of the text will show up.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but it should be fixed within the next week or so. Thanks
