Christian Hasenoehrl is a Partner with Gallup’s London office. In this role, he advises European organisations on performance management and strategy. Hasenoehrl works with FTSE 100 and DAX 100 companies throughout Europe advising on the human performance agenda, including HumanSigma, employee engagement, succession management, recruitment, and barrier analysis. Current clients include the largest do-it-yourself retailer in Europe and a leading global telecommunications company.
Hasenoehrl has worked in more than 30 countries, including but not limited to the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Poland, Turkey, Russia, Japan, China, Brazil, Argentina, and Mexico. Prior to joining Gallup in 2005, Hasenoehrl worked for Accenture in the strategy and finance and performance management practice areas, where he advised the venture group and retail clients on mergers and acquisition and post-merger integration strategies.
Before joining the professional services arena, he led international development and mergers and acquisitions activities at Wal-Mart International. He had previously coordinated international development projects at one of Europe’s largest hypermarket operators. Hasenoehrl trained as a financial analyst at Merrill Lynch and Barnett Bank. Hasenoehrl recently managed a portfolio of start-up companies and remains an advisor to alternative investment funds at StradeVenture Development LLC, the firm he founded in 2001.
Hasenoehrl has been published on behalf of Gallup in the HR Director and Personnel Today. He has also authored an article for the Gallup Management Journal.
Hasenoehrl earned a bachelor’s degree in finance while attending Texas Tech University and the University of London/London School of Economics. He received his master’s of business administration in finance and a master’s of science in international management from the University of Miami, Florida. Hasenoehrl serves on the advisory board of Standard & Poor Vista Research Division.
