Tom Rieger

Tom Rieger is a Partner and Senior Consultant in Brand Loyalty Management for Gallup. Since joining the company in 1994, he has worked closely with corporations to align their customer and human capital strategies with organizational and customer needs. His consulting insights have helped companies change their leadership strategies and management practices to boost organic growth.

In his role, Rieger implements solutions to client business needs. He identifies and removes organizational barriers to success at key points of The Gallup Path, a proprietary model that links every employee’s contribution to an organization’s financial performance. As a member of the HumanSigma Core Team, he translates Gallup’s latest theories into management practices, performance management systems, and brand strategies that help companies increase their revenue and profitability by managing the difference made by individual employees and customers, or “HumanSigma.”

Prior to joining Gallup, Rieger designed and implemented a worldwide internal and external customer engagement program at a Fortune 100 global health care company. He also spent several years evaluating new brands and assisting companies with brand strategy.

Rieger earned his bachelor’s degree in industrial management and master’s degree in industrial administration from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He has experience in several Gallup city centers, including Irvine, San Francisco, and Chicago.
