Glenn Phelps, Ph.D., is an Associate Partner with Gallup. He has a broad range of experience helping clients develop and implement performance management systems. He has coordinated integrated performance management programs for many Fortune 500 companies, and his current client list includes leaders in the telecommunications, retail, technology, and financial services industries.
Phelps received his doctorate in experimental psychology from Tulane University, where his major course of study was experimental design and analysis. Before coming to Gallup in 1993, he was director of research for a market research firm, as well as serving as a jury research consultant and an Army intelligence officer.
