Jane Miller is Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Gallup. She joined the company in 1980, became Vice President of Operations in 1992, and assumed her current role in 2000.

She is also responsible for identifying star performers with leadership potential and providing mentoring and development to all associates to ensure Gallup’s future growth.
