Jane Miller

Jane Miller is Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Gallup. She joined the company in 1980, became Vice President of Operations in 1992, and assumed her current role in 2000.

Gallup provides management research and consulting services to many of the world’s best-known corporations and organizations. Gallup is known for “The Gallup Path,” a proprietary performance management model that describes the linked path between each employee’s contributions and an organization’s ultimate financial goal: an increase in its overall value.

Miller is responsible for implementing The Gallup Path worldwide throughout Gallup. She is committed to hiring the right people for the right roles, positioning associates to maximize their strengths, and partnering associates with great managers to create a great workplace. She is also responsible for identifying star performers with leadership potential and providing mentoring and development to all associates to ensure Gallup’s future growth.

Miller manages corporate operations for quality, consistency, integration, and timeliness to meet client needs and ensure growth. She establishes measurable performance goals and standards that result in excellent performance and productivity at all operational levels. Using effective management strategies, Gallup has created a great workplace that has resulted in an excellent client and associate retention rate. As a result, Gallup’s privately held stock has increased fivefold since 1997.
