Vandana Allman

Vandana Allman is the Global Practice Leader for Leadership and Talent Management for Gallup. Allman consults with Gallup’s clients on how to build more successful organizations by improving their talent management strategies. She is also the coauthor of Gallup’s book Animals, Inc: a Business Parable for the 21st Century (Warner Books, February 2004).

In her role as a leadership expert, Allman consults with and coaches senior executives on selection, retention, succession planning, and development. Her insights have helped Gallup clients improve their talent management and leadership practices and increase their organizational effectiveness.

During her Gallup career, Allman also served as a managing consultant, leading projects and streamlining processes for many of Gallup’s major global clients. She assisted Gallup clients with projects involving multicultural recruiting, strategic marketing, and planning for diverse markets, helping clients to build appropriate strategies, then training and educating client staff members in how to implement them. Prior to joining Gallup, she worked as a lead cultural change trainer and consultant to several Fortune 500 companies.

Allman received both her bachelor’s degree in theology and master’s degree in executive human resource development from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.
